How We Choose Tools

We are not tool-agnostic: some tools are better than others. But we are vendor-independent. We do not accept affiliate commissions, referral fees, or partnership incentives from any tool vendor. Our recommendations are based entirely on client outcomes.

Every tool in our stack must pass three criteria:

  1. Does it produce measurable outcomes? If we cannot connect the tool to a client metric, we do not use it.
  2. Is the team trained on it? We do not use tools that only one person understands. Bus factor applies to tools, not just code.
  3. Does it integrate cleanly? Data silos are the enemy of attribution. Every tool must connect to our reporting layer.
